I wasn't going to miss that plane again...


Just finished Sleepwalk, by Adrian Tomine. My dad was a big Tomine fan, and was the one who introduced me to his work. So far I've read the early Optic Nerves and this, and I have to say, he's got a real sense of cinematography. I like it when a comic utilizes interesting viewpoints, shows real depth and emotional understanding of the moment.



It was one of those reads where I sat down and didn't get back up again until it was finished.
